The Looks Creation tool makes it easy to assemble new collections from your product catalog and assign them to the right employees.
Browse and Order
Employees log in, browse the looks available for their role and location, pick their sizes, and place an order. It's as simple as online shopping — but for their work wardrobe.
Everything is organized by season, so employees always see what's current and available to them.
Scan, Deliver, Return
When orders arrive at the store, staff scan items to confirm delivery. When the loan period ends, returns are processed the same way — scan and done.
Simple barcode scanning keeps everything accurate without manual data entry.
Stay in Control
You decide how approvals work. Loans can be automatically allowed as long as they fall within the rules, or require sign-off from assigned approvers — or a combination of both. It's entirely up to you.
